About American Accent 2022 Pro

This is the 2022 version of American Accent Pro. It comprises fresh recordings from native American speakers in 2022. Since the total file size of recordings increased, and cause the application size increased, we have to release 2022 version. The original American Accent Pro has recordings from 2021 and American Accent 2022 Pro has recordings from 2022. Please download both if you wish to study more.

This application helps people speaking English as a second language to speak American English Accent or support native English speakers with non-American Accents to speak American Accent. This application consists of short recordings from the 45th US President Donald Trump and Current US President Joe Biden speeches (for educational purpose). Users of the application can listen to the speeches and record their own voices at the same time, and then listen to the recorded voice to compare the deficiencies between their voices and original speakers.

In the Pro version, users can use Automatic Speech Recognition technology to try their speeches. It will compare the automatic recognized speech with the original American Speaker speech and give a score to indicate how close the user speaking like an American. It also tells whether the user improve or not from the latest try by calculating the score difference.

With the fresh speed and pitch control playback capability, you can listen the speakers' and your own final sounds of every words slowly and clearly, compare them and correct your pronunciation. Not just the final sounds, you can review the entire sentence flow by adjusting the speed and/or pitch.

By repeating the same process, each user can monitor the learning progress and gradually speaks Native English sounds like an American.
